Too bad Wehrmacht and soviets didn't recieve anything, but rifle company got busted and crocodile brought in line.
But i fear OKW will be too strong now.

It seems that way. Time will tell - this patch changes a lot of dynamics around (regarding okw) we should really wait to play

The croc nerf was interesting. Personally I think the range nerf was little too much. Maybe lighten the range nerf but nerf rotation to slow maneuverability instead.

Cool patch but not enough. Performance remains unaddressed, maps are untouched, commanders are for the most part still 98% useless and irrelevant and there is nothing but more content being pumped into the game without refinement and bug fixing being done beforehand. The amount of bugs is just increasing and the bug fixes list is getting shorter.

I am gonna vote for the "not quite enough" option.

Well they can't fix the entire game in one patch. They've already done a lot of map improvements in the last patches and I honestly can't think of many bugs that cause significant gameplay issues. Performance is still the biggest issue in this game. I for one am essentially locked into 1v1 as my only game mode because the performance in 2v2+ is unbearable and even in 1v1 I need to restart after every match.

Won't be much different than flamers on pios/ ces. The issue with rifle flamers was that rifles wrecked infantry out of cover with rifles, and in cover with their flamers.

Never asked anyone to fix the game in one patch. They've had 3 years. I think your standards/expectations are just slipping.

I can carry on listing things that are wrong with the game but the fact that you can't even play 2v2 and are already eagerly defending Relic just baffles me.

Shreck blobs will not be coming back because volks veterancy is still poor. But prepare for okw minespam and light vehicle play.Especially LOTS of light vheicles. Will also see more sturmpios.

Well atleast that's something.

But the whole reason it was okay for OKW be able to field panthers, and their super P4 as early as the other less powerful mediums was because it took a while before they could field a second one. Now that's not an issue.

Even with the lower vet costs their units will still outscale every factions. Between that, scavange, and the benefits from the field HQ, I don't see how OKW has any downside at all. If the allied players aren't able to destroy the schwerer HQ as soon as possible, they are just going to be completely overwhelmed by superior armor. And with the artillery nerf vs them that's going to be harder then ever.

Also doesn't the volks buff make them better then cons, despite being cheaper?

No, they play on toasters.

There's some serious oversights with these OKW changes.

100/15 + 200/40 + 315/65 = 615/120 for a Luchs (with a repair bunker that comes with it)

Or hell, can have a Puma for 5 more fuel than that which is almost on par with a t-34/76

In comparison a T70 is atleast 620/170.

I'm going to assume that they weren't complete retards and reduced OKW starting resources, but if they didn't you could have a Luchs in 3-4 minutes by building a couple of suicidal kubels for salvage since they don't have a fuel cost anymore. Build a mine, kill it with your own raketenwerfer and that will kill two kubels easily, salvage and get muni back and 10 fuel to go towards luchs.

MORE DETAILS:

OKW still starts with the same resources.

SWS truck costs 15 Fuel and 100 MP.

Kübel costs 210 MP. In my opinion Kübel without suppression will lead to pushing cheese. I really ask relic to reconsider this as pushing is cheesy.

VOLKS have both nades, FLAME and Normal grenade

TECHING is not linear, you can go T3->T4 , or T2->T4 (the P4 rush is real)

OKW is basically an entirely different faction now and I can't predict what to think on most of it without trying it. Not a fan of incendiary grenade removal though (MOVE TO STURMS PLS), also rather worried about Schreck spam with the cost reduction, and a nerf to all those units' vet 4-5 should probably also should have followed with a vet xp requirement reduction on most of them.

USF be quite interesting, still doubt increasing the XP required for Rifles vet 3 is going to fix the silliness when you do get them as vet 3 was hardly impossible without Elite Rifleman so making it 15% harder probably won't nerf it a ton, though it and the removal of Elite Rifleman will at least stop the redonk snowballing it had. Otherwise USF sounds fine to me (aside from giving T0 mortar pls).

UKF changes sound fine too me, aside from how they still can't anti-garrison without Snipers.

Don't get why the Osttruppen Reserves nerf. I was under the belief the 25 extra MP for two of them was based around the chance for XP or a LMG42. Considering the odds of an LMG42 are pretty low, not really sure its cost and CP count will really be justified. Otherwise, very nice.

SOVIET INDUSTRY WILL BE USABLE I CAN BARELY BELIEVE MY EYES! Sounds like IL-2 will still be bad though, as will T4.

RE COST NERF THOUGH! Of course, with a DPS increase. I don't really know what will happen now either.
