Heavy Cavalry is good, but Firestorm just sounds cheesy. Ugh. I wish Incendiary Field Support won. It was the most accurate name. Or Incendiary Assault at least.

Feuersturm is pretty dumb taking into account this term is used to describe allied bombing runs on German Cities during WW2.
Cavarly makes no sense since the commander has nothing 'Cavalry' like in it like a halftrack

Actually, cavarly does make sense. Kind of given that mechanized cavarly was reffered as to halftracks and other light vehicles. So heavy cavarly does make some sense, atleast somewhat.
Fuerstrum indeed is just cheesy.

That was the whole point of the contest: hype them up without even doing any work themselves.
I also think the OKW name should be English, namely Firestorm Doctrine. Feurersturm Doctrine sounds like those idiots in CoH1 that call them Sturmtroppers.

So, naming was community based, there was a voting, the community decided... And now there are a lot of people complaining?! WTF?! Sometimes I doubt that Relic is able to do just one thing correctly according to the community... I´d love to see some support for the developers at least.

We usually use the term "community" to refer to coh2.org instead of the offical forum or somewhere else.
