I think thats a cool way to balance it given how USF stresses as a faction mobility and firepower, not durability.

IRL it was basically a more armoured tiger I. That would be helluva boring in game since we already have that with IS-2/tiger...


Well I don't think that would be boring, but I suppose that's the more subjective side of things. I just think they went a bit too far with the mobility thing - to the point of being unintuitive (it's about the same size as those other heavy tanks, after all).

When you have to pay fuel to research nades, you can load them into tanks as well :snfPeter:

They said it had more armor then a Tiger in-game. It's armor is in between the tiger and panther.

Brad said they would have too much dps with 5 Thompsons.
Also, they had a smoke nade but it got removed since it made them too durable.

That reasoning is kind of arbitrary though, since they could just as easily have used a target size of 0.9 and kept the smoke nade. And had 5 Thompsons but make them do 25% less DPS.

Still wondering how much of an accuracy bonus does combined arms give to infantry near tanks.

If it's anywhere near the level of heroic charge/command aura for brits though...

Sounds like an expensive piñata which shames old guards waiting to happen. If you think spending 240 munitions on one squad is a good idea...

Good accuracy or not, BAR is still an assault rifle and will beaten by long range weapons...

lmg's need to get a slot size increase to 2. this will limit one lmg per squad regardless of source.
