Zoom in, you will find the tank in the screen looks like US M1 abrams tank.
So October big news is very likely to be: COH2: Modern warfare.

But I don't think they are done milking CoH2, and to be honest CoH2 still has a lot of potential IF THEY FUCKING FIX IT. Imagine CoH2 with normal amount of bugs (can't have a bug-free game), almost balanced with Custom commanders. CoH2 is not done.

Without Source/Context that screenshot is absolutely useless and not worth discussing.

I doubt that Relic is capable of working on 2 large games (DoW3 and Modern Warfare) and semi-support a third (CoH2) at the same time.

Agreed it looks like a trailer for Call to Arms. (Men of Wars next game)

I consider it more plausible he is looking at a trailer for that rather than a leak.
