  • Is it just a more expensive version of KV1, that POS which is never seen in PVP games?

  • But actually even slower?

  • Ineffective against all units?

  • How about making it to be able to at least penetrate a PIV?

  • Or slightly increasing its speed?

  • Or reducing the MP cost?

  • What is the point in building this unit?

  • To prove that you have a heavy dank on zhe field?

the churchill is fine right now. it's a pretty shitty tank but it's viable right now because it has so much health. the only thing i don't like about the various british tanks is that they take so fucking long to repair because so many have more than 640 hp.

hey the churchill is a great tank! it is really slow but it can take a beating. it can also take on most medium tanks.

How 2v2 for allies going those days: allies gather 2 Churchills backed up by jacksons/su 76s. Horde of those tanks a-moves into german positions and destroys everything.

Oh, almost forgot - in high-lvl games you need a minesweeper nearby. Not like mines can stop you anyway, but they can be pretty annoying.

Sure, lets buff Churchill. 1600(or is it 1800?) hp is clearly not enough for 150 fuel tank.

The Churchill also has the free smoke ability that I've almost never seen used. Granted it slows the tank down though.

Permanently Banned
Can drive up to paks and raketten werfers, taking immense damage with its absurd health pool, throw a grenade at the paks of raketten werfer and use smoke when in trouble.

You kidding me?

The only problem it has is it's penetration. Good to have it low that it doesn't also hit like the Croc

Still its main gun is better the the POS that is SOviet 76mm. Churchill main gun can kill inf reliably.

I think it's a troll thread. But anyway, Churchill it self is fine, Croc is still an issue.

Um, I don't know if you've seen the SU76 and Zis gun lately, but they both have zero problem penetrating Panthers and Tigers.

He probably ment tank gun that t-34/76 and kv-1 both use.

As for the churchil i feel its ok, you pay with speed, 200mp and 40 fuel for extra durability on your cromwell and you get the tank that is great damage sponge in both defence and offence but has no flanking capabilities what makes it's gun less usefull than cromwell one. Good that it can penetrate frontal armour on mediums. Smoke is not much of an 'out of jail card' as it couses tank to move slower to the point when anybody can attack ground it easily though.

i'm going to assume that you mean they're reliable against the VI as opposed to literally always penning.

both the su-76 and zis-3 (having the same pen) have a 2/3 chance to pen at close range and a 60% chance at far against a VI's frontal.

I guess I may have been just a little influenced by a Redwings v Cruzz game the other day where an SU76 penetrated every single shot at a Panthers front from medium range and killed it.

Those are still good stats though.

I meant the 76mm on T-34 and KV-1. That gun is the worst tank gun imaginable in the game: poor ROF, poor AOE and meh dmg.
