Why can i upgrade my tanks with Panzer Commander?

it's bugged.

It seems like every patch elite armour crops up a fresh set of random bugs. And these are "premuim" DLC commanders, gj relic

Relic seems to have a massive Brit-boner, they gave them 200% effort than WFA factions, and those were already much better looking than the originals. Multiple functioning doors on every vehicle, multiple upgrades and abilities for every unit, cosmetic scoped rifles for vet, new tracers for the MG, etc.

The Brits are Relic's new flagship faction, like OKW used to be.

They hotfix panzer officer so people would not build them by mistake. To be seriously, give them a role its an downgrade comparing to mg42. LoS buff is marginal and arty strike is expensive, and takes 15s to land after flare.

idk they seem to be a bit lazy with brits, at least when it comes to skins etc. The only difference for all infantry models on winter maps is a pair of gloves. OKW got neat greatcoats and Ost/Sov got like a different winter skin for every unit.

The voice acting is leaps and bounds ahead of other factions though.

It's inconsistent, the model quality is twice as high as anything previously, yet all weapon teams and emplacements use the same soldier model. It's weird actually, from CoH2 release to TBF, it seems the quality of models and textures has shot up, while the variety (in infantry models) has gone down. Soviets have the most model variety with 12 total, while the British have the least with 6. Ost has 11, USF has 8, OKW has 9. But if you look at things like the Churchill to the KV-1, the difference in quality is insane.

What isn't shown is the half a dozen doors and hatches that can open and close, compared to the KV-1 which has none.
