+++ Great idea! But, KV-1 should cost little more then, and get same gun, as T-34-85 has. Because otherwise, it will be just little more armored and slow T-34-76.

Same gun an t34-85 no , something in between su 85 and 34-76 (pen value a bit more than Panther side armor mid pen 135)

I like the idea of buffed Hull MGs - it was a good compromise fix to the AEC that buffed its AI without making it obnoxious and T34 would benefit as well I think. For me T34 is lackluster because if you go straight for it then you get less AI shock value than T70 or M5 and better MGs would help there. Overhauled Ram would be good too its pretty useless now except as a "well I"m losing this tank anyway" ability.

split t34 normal to 2 34/76,2mm avarage everything and 34/57 at ok. but sucks bigtime anti infantry same cost both commander/player can pick what he she want to build,,,

Make T-34-76 and 85 like it was in vCoH with USA and Shermans. Without upgrades you could call usuall M4A3 Sherman. But you could make global upgrade and get something close to M4A3E8 Sherman, with upgraded gun.
Make same "global upgrade" for USSR. Without it you getting from T4 usuall T-34-76. Make upgrade - and get T-34-85 instead.
Simple and good, in vCoH it wasn't problem, it wouldn't here, I'm sure!
50-70 fuel upgrade 76,2mm to 85mm on base whit timer about 1-2min whitout ability moving/or ability shot anything + it need 2 enginers squad to upgrade 76.2mm to 85mm future patches can adjust it more +- if needed

Replace it with t34/85.
the cromwell proved that an allied regular medium tank can be useful. Replacing the t34/76 with the t34/85 just seems like the laziest option to me.
just decrease reload time on the t34/76 by one second

It still will be inaccurate, it still won't penetrate Panthers even in behind... T-34-76 is just a bad tank, and core-medium tank of USSR in 1944-45 should not be old T-34-76, but modern T-34-85. It's just impossible to fight against Panthers, Tiger and King Tigers + volksblobs behind them with such bad (but cheap, what is not excuse) tank. It cripples soviet late game.

And only period of time, when T-34-76 was good was time, when you could spam them really fast from T3. There also was NORMAL Soviet Industry doctrine, which I used to fastly make 4-5 or even 6 T-34-76 tank groups and rush with them on axis. In such groups T-34-76 can be effective even now, but now USSR has way lesser options to spam they in such numbers.
In T4 should not be unit, which performed as T3 one. Non-doctrinal T-34-85 is just perfect option for solving soviet main battle tanks problem. It is not cheap and performs right for it's cost. I don't know, what can be wrong.
And instead of doctrinal T-34-85 there can be other tanks. USSR had a lot of different tanks, but maybe, there should be T-34-100, which will be 100% copy of Sherman-Firefly.

I voted to move it into Tier 3.
Although in my honest opinion the problem is bad vet bonuses for almost every russian unit. There is no real reward in keeping stuff alive and thus it is less fun.

Well, M-42 is cheapest AT gun
doesn't make it good or cost efficient.If T34 had same MGs as AEC, I wouldn't complain.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

medium tank need a good main gun. Shoot and scoot are much more important for allied tanks. You don't really have the option of standing still when you're kiting schreck.

the t34/76 gun is pretty crap to begin with, there's no shortage of needed buff. It's got bad scatter, bad reload, and the worst pen of all the medium.
However, if I can only apply one buff, it would be to buff the reload. This is because buffing the reload will affect the tank's anti-tank and anti-tank infantry. buffing the aoe will only affect the gun's anti-infantry capability and buffing the pen will only affect the gun's anti-tank capability.
Since the gun is pretty crap at both currently, I would buff the reload, which will make the gun better at both anti-tank and anti-infantry.

Not unrealistic. whilst the crash gearbox had 4 gears it took superhuman strength ( considering the midgets who crewed them) to get it into top apparently.

the russian prefer short guys for their tank crew. Part of the reason how they managed to make their tanks smaller compared to their western counterpart.
