The tiger will get a penatration buff and a range buff.
Tiger Penetration increased from 180/200/220 to 200/220/240
Tiger range increased from 40 to 45
Doesn't this buff make it much stronger than it's counterpart the IS-2. The penatration buff was needed but I think it isn't fair that a tiger can now outrange a IS-2. So I think it is fair if the IS-2 also get a small range buff. What do you guys think?

I honestly dont think heavies need a buff. But yes, if the tiger gets buffed, so should the IS-2 (KT should probably be reworked).
IMO this is how the heavy tanks should be
tiger, 45 range, 200/220/240 pen (same as now) 160 damage 300 armor
IS-2 45 range 200 damage with 8 second reload pen 200/240/260 375 armor
KT 160 damage, 50 range 280/300/320 pen 400 armor

I think the IS-2's main gun should be a sledgehammer of a weapon, with high accuracy (against tanks) to off-set the longer reload time. Similar to the King Tiger in a way.
Speaking of the King Tiger, I think it could use a durability nerf in exchange for a bit of extra range.

Kingtiger pretty much also need a range buff, it doesn't make really sence that the normal tiger can outrange it. And it is also very expensive locked behind all the trucks.

The Is-2 should get 3 things,Accuracy,Penetration,and armor.
Accuracy:anyone who has used the IS-2 alot knows what i mean,the tanks cannon is so inaccurate that it will miss quite often targets,this becomes frustrating cause you cant reliably shoot tanks with it(and infantry).
for that needs an accuracy buff
Penetration:the IS-2 also needs a penetration buff to handle panthers or other heavily armored vechiles,some people might find it stupid but the is-2 doesnt do anything if it relays on RNG,by buffing it we reduce the RNG problem the IS-2 has with penetration
Armor:the Is-2 doesnt feel like a heavy tank,one might say its the problem of facing supirior AT but no the armor Value the is-2 has doesnt in anyway make it an effective heavy tank,a slight increase to armor(from 375 to 400)
will make it bounce more often some shots and thus increase its durability

i can make 3 long damn paraghaphs on how weak and stupid this unit has become but i will make it short
increase the armor to 400 and give it better vet

The tiger shouldn't be getting buffed in the first place. We don't need to go giving the IS-2 one too as well.

Imo the tiger needed a slight buff, after blitz nerf and such it felt lackluster.
Going tiger in open maps is just a waste of resources, of course in small maps were range doesn't matter that much it really shines.
I hope it'll be a little better in open maps.

Really though I can see where they're coming from with this, since the Firefly and 17 pounder really put the hurt on axis tanks, and generally soviets wouldn't be fighting brits so IS-2 won't be on the receiving end.
I don't mind the Tiger range buff but penetration wasn't needed IMO since the Firefly is weaksauce and goes down quick anyway. Churchills and Comets are another matter though.

I dunno, I like the changes. The IS2 - Tiger matchups were one the biggest RNG battles I've seen. This way the Tiger has more of defensive role which suits him the best (and which he excelled in the most back then).
I wouldnt just focus on IS2 though, the Tiger seems to be inferior against Churchills and other Brit tanks with their sick amount of HP, so this way the Tiger may be able to kite if well executed.
Of course this requires some testing, but overall, I like it.
