Cons could be more usefull if they get the total package. You buy both if you go for a con strat anyway and none if you go for T2 strat. Maybe molotovs should get an AT role as well like do damage over time if hit a vehicle or damage engine, but the AT molotov throw should be a fast one?

I suggest a singular upgrade for 35 fuel, 150-200 mp.

I dislike the idea of bundling upgrades, having them seperate allows for the most customization and variety of play. For example most usf players now get zooks and bars on their squads, instead of seeing some players get bars, some get just zooks etc. You just have to balance each upgrade, for example molos need a buff.

When flame crits no longer could instantly gib troops at full health due to the crit system.

Now, they need to have a small boost to their initial explosion and make their DOT tick faster, but maintains the same duration.

I also think molotovs need a buff. I never ever upgrade them anymore since its pretty easy to dodge. I have not seen players of high level use molotovs either. Very map dependant

Molotovs should just be a Vet 1 ability for cons. HAve it to were they pay to unlock a normal Nade. Nothing to good, mine you.

Just bring back the old performance of molotovs. There are two main ways to do it.

1) Just bring back the RNG flamer crits
2) Raise their damage by 3-4 times

Doing one of these would make molotovs perform as they did before the flames nerf.

Just a single upgrade should be nice. Be realists, where did you see something once nerfed were get buff back?

As I've suggested before just make molotovs a vet1 ability and replace the molotov upgrade with a standard grenade upgrade. Cons get a decent grenade and at vet1 a decent anti-garrison ability. You could even bundle the regular grenade and the AT grenade similar to how USF unlock grenades and smoke with the same upgrade.

What About make Molotovs standard and make the AT Grenade just a Grenade Supply that gives unlocks F1 Grenades and RPG-43 Grenades.

I actually like Molotovs mostly because of the cover denial. But at the current state and because of the M5 and SU76 meta, I don't purchase either one of them to save fuel. The only thing about Molotovs is that it takes ages for them to throw it.

The nerf to molotovs was not intended. It happened because relic did not realize that their own game only has 1 version of flame crits.

It will probably get fixed eventually.

What. Making them both available promotes variety and customization. Most high level matches no one techs AT nades until needed and no one techs molotovs.

As for your USF example, that has nothing to do with the way upgrades are unlocked.

Sounds like a great idea. Cons will be more usefull with some nades even late game.

since the flame crit nerf, flame cirt no longer trigger when unit is above 75% and flame damage on molotov is low, make units can stay in molotov fire to fight for around 10 sec before they start losing models.
