I think the ST is now perfectly fine. No need for change.

AVRE will put the whole unit in a new perspective anyway...

Not really given you can't shoot AVRE out of LOS.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Well, avre forces you to be in motion and retreat your weapon teams or you'll lose them, its faster reload allows it to harass, but low range prevents it from being the squad wipe machine the sturmtiger is.

I'd say avre is actually how this kind of unit SHOULD be done, still powerful, still can wipe squads if you won't pay attention, but if you do and micro properly, you'll be micro strained but safe.

Being able to shoot out of FoW with pinpoint precision, huge AoE, guaranteed penetration and huge damage will never be balanced, for this exact reason B4 had precision strike removed. Apparently relic never learns on its mistakes.

For now, I honestly believe making the AOE smaller for the sturmtiger would be the best approach. I would also like it if someone fixed the reload exploit for the sturmtiger, as that allows it to have a 5-10 second reload time.

for free..???....oh what about getting de-crewed while reloading no.?? doesn't ring a bell.the isu and b4 nerf happened becasue people were abusing it and they had a long range which sturmtiger doesn't and b4 can also fire through fog of war....u don't see people abusing st..?/ do u....sturmtiger is still a niche unit....its a very extremely situaitonal units...if u need help against st in matches...don;t blob and use fast armored units.

you have just reminded me of the good old B4 times. punishing camping blobs to the maximum. once i have wiped about ~6volk squads with a single shot.

and saying B4 is op is kinda ridiculous. almost every WH player has the stuka in its doctrinlist. -> 2 clicks to counter the "OH MA GAWD OP b4". taking out the sturmtiger aint that easy, especially on maps like trois ponts. oneshotting su85 through god damn buildings......

ST is not gamebreaking? I use it all the time and Im raping with it decent and good players like hell.

this either avre will ger heavy nerf or sturmtige needs to get buff...i think the problem here is that sturtiger veterancy all 5 star sucks compared to avre vets which are quite relevant to the units

That's why i never get sturm.
This game it's so competitive to get a bug unit.

after 4 year im back to play coh2 and until now...many desappoiting things.
