I've heard it is quite buggy, think I will save it until xmas so they can patch it up.

10 hours in one crash and one noticeable bug (companion in surrender mode until she got knocked out, which was kinda annoying).

on hardest difficulty, i keep finding myself lack of ammo for first 9 hrs at least and get rekt by normal ghouls and even bloat flies or mole rats.

Performance wise, it is great. Runs smooth on pc with decent hardware, runs great with good hardware here.

Heard the consoles are having dips to like the 20 fps line lol. Hope none of you have a console verions.

I found very hard to be the best balance between challenging and fun.
I did have some bugs though, like a mini nuke i couldnt pick up or a door that was technically open, but it was still shown as closed. No gamebreaking bugs at this point though.

Help! After updating the looks of my character, I cannot get out of the bathroom! haha j/k...

Nah, the game runs fine for me (I have a high end machine) and I have only noticed a few minor glitches. I was reading last night that there is some game reviewer who after 20 hours, cannot get out of an elevator lol. Anyway, I think the people who like Fallout New Vegas will like Fallout 4.

So after 12 or so hours in, I give it an 8 out of 10...provided I don't get helplessly stuck in an elevator, it may go higher ;)

So, heres what I've found out about FO4 after playing for an hour.

I am literally being punished for spending money on a good GPU and a 144hz monitor.

FO4 starts running faster the higher your framerate goes. I actually have to use third party limiters to not play Sonic Post-Nuclear War Edition. Also had to change ini shit to make consoles usable, they freeze your character in place otherwise if you have a high framerate.

So, typical Bethesda bullshit.

Otherwise, game is fun.

My game seems to be capped at 72 fps to prevent that (I assume 144 / 2), I didn't have to do anything manually.

Really annoying: When you load a quicksave after you triggered a mine, the mine isnt there anymore :(

RAM and Cpu is limiting. I think even the graphics card is outdated. You should upgrade your whole system beginning with Board, Cpu + Ram.

the fps speed up issues is normal. skyrim and some other Bethesda games had this limitation. you can always play around 70-75 fps without issue, more than that freaks out the game

I wish there was a way to multi-monitor this game. It would look soooooo sick across 2-3 monitors. Pls post here if you notice any way to do this. From what I've read, so far all the attempts stretch the UI to a point that it's unplayable.

I've got like 4 monitors, all of a different brands and sizes.

I want to multi monitor game too, but I can't justify buying more with all these extras lying around

Imagine some kind of interface that allowed you to tell the game how many monitors you had, how big they are, and it what position they are sitting on your desk. Then the game built a multi-monitor view model in 3d to fit your display set-up.

A man can dream.
