For instance at some point you see that he already have a ATG. If is not a lobster or blockhead he would just destroy your light vehicle and get decisive economic advantage.
So in this case there is no point of making T3 at all.
You have a T2 and in this case you need double sniper to deal with hordes of infantry and pak. After sniper (2 always better) you would surely need T4 units.
So you must be able to skip 1 tech building of your choice to build a T4.
They say they want 2 things
1. More viable builds
2. More usage of light vehivcles
So if they allow to make T4 after any 2 buildings both this goals would be accheaved.
There will be so much more different builds that its hard to list them all.
Always a light vehilce M3 or T3 unit.

T3 units are arguably more useful than T4 units. Like why would you want an SU-85 when you have SU-76's that have exactly the same pen. T4 isn't really 100% necessary until later in the game.

Compared to T4 units T3 is just 3 thin cans with small guns.

No, the way it is now is better. Learn how to use light vehicles even if the enemy has a pak, they can be really useful.

No, because T3 does not cost the same as T1 or T2. A T1 + T2 approach would be cheaper and thus will quickly become the metagame, and T3 would be dead again.

I love the New T3 it have everything I used most, SU76, T70, Quad M5, ever since they buff SU76 I don't use T34 anymore, and only some times SU85, since the new patch I only go over to T4 once to get a SU85 and Katyusha other than that SU76 is enough to counter any german armor throw at you.

A 6:30 T-70/HT Quad is not a waste in any game of any size if you know how to use it.
And the SU76 is amazing.
Im not a fan of the phrase but this is a l2p issue.

It wont be dead vs abusers cuz fast T70 is only way to punish heavy T1 play.
