I mean he's playing at a high enough skill level to make good points. RNG even in infantry combat is a lottery basically. Personally, I think micro wins, but I ain't a top 100 1v1 player anymore.

Right now Gren Kar98K does 16 damage, Volks 10. Garand does 8, and Nagant does 16 as well.
IMO buffing Volks damage to 16 but nerfing accuracy would help their scaling and improve their relationship with Cons who maul them.
Buffing Garand damage to 16 would be good if we significantly decreased accuracy at range and maybe cooldown. Than Rifles would scale better lategame with their, you know, rifles. (Bonus accuracy with vet.)
I'm not sure on his healing points, but I think he dislikes randomness if you don't get healing. As Soviets it costs 250 MP, Osther 125 and 60 muni, OKW you have to go BHQ or medical boxes. USF, 250 and 10 fuel.
IMO Ostheer first aid ability should be free, Medical boxes should be free, and ambulance should be 150 MP and 10 fuel. Soviets have bigger squad, their hearings fine. Ostheer med bunker is a bunker, so it's fine as well.
