Please, RNG is about statistics. If the dice rolls bad for you, there is a higher chance of getting a good result next throw. It's just that you only see your bad luck and the enemies fortune. Everyone tends to do that. 
Also: I think CoH 2 is a strategygame all around. With the better strategy you can outsmart your opponent, even if you are pretty unfortunate. Also try to expect having bad luck. It's about compensating these situations. Just like in war you can't always get what you want. The question is: how do you deal with it? Certainly not by posting those comments in the forum, aren't you comrade? Now let's get back on the battlefield an show the spirit!

Also its not very nice to insult people on a forum i think its better to say it to theyre faces because then you get a real response of sound and emotion ( if you can still breathe after that).
Oh and no offense but i think some of the people you have insulted have done a far greater job in improving things for the community then you would ever know.
My advice to you is to rethink the thing you type out loud and actually do a bit of research.

well RNG its truly the cancer of this game because all engagements will suffer from RNG on nades wiping troops or just doing health damage and not kiling units !!
but its RNG that makes coh2 unique and fun and realism to play you never now wt can happen when throwing nades or just a mortar wipe or just 1 tank shoot wiping a full squad !!
so RNG god its truly magnific god that decides how live and die !!
its just a game if theres no RNG factor will be a boring game !!
im truly a huge fan pity im not investing more time but still i see a huge future to the game and Relic doing and pushing this dream to the future of RTS gaming !!
