Honestly I think the KT is a noobtrap and limiting would actually help players to improve their play.
On the other hand no stock unit in game is limited and I don't see the reason why OKW should suffer under this. If relic intended in doing so, they would've started with snipers long ago.

If he can get 2 KTs on the field at the same time you deserve to lose. It's been said a lot more times. Have you noticed that OKW has a lower fuel income? Eh? How many times have you encountered 2 KTs at the same time?

He's reffering to 4v4 games, not 1v1/2v2 and in 4v4 you can get second KT before 30min.

It has nothing to do with being outplayed, it's normal thing to get KT at 16 or Panther at 12.
If they're going for dbl KT, then rush the initial KT if you notice he doesn't have anything else armor wise really supporting it.
