Boring as hell to play and throwing bodies at lines of MG's in a hope to get a lucky flank is not balanced or enjoyable.

Soviets still owning as usual but US life is to hard now. Playing as Wehr with my 2's partner and its just hilarious now but I feel they need some new openers so they aren't hardcountered by MG42's... especially with their HUGE arc, on most maps they completely lock down an entire section and US is forced to shit munitions and smoke everything to even get close.

I guess OKW needs something to to counter MG's to because they don't even have smoke to shit.

Maxim didn't get buffed mate. US MG is okay but much smaller arc and isn't as devastating and comes later. Issue is early MG play hardcounters a faction.

The .50 cal has much, much better suppression now and the Maxim did get the same buff other MG's got to shooting at larger squads meaning the maxim can suppress Volks and Fuss on the first burst.

The thing is; this is fine. And USF is fine to.

M20s can flank MGs and kill them and you can get one in 5 mins...

Ignore alex. he has no clue how to manage USF at a high level

imo USF NEEDs

1. mortar
2. more elite OR
3. rifles need to scale better
4. earlier success to suppression platform

smoke is just a waste of muni, all an axis player needs to do is reposition their mg's.

Funny thing is alex knows perfectly well that relic knew there would be an issue and already has something planned.

The truth is that right now grenades are pretty much a necessity to stay in the game as US right now. Which means you will be delaying your tech by 25 fuel every game which is annoying and restrictive. It also drains your muni big time to be throwing out smoke and grenades every engagment, making having the muni for bars or zooks a struggle. I've been finding myself forced into investing in a muni cache every game just to make sure my infantry can stay relevant. Really wish I could atleast rely on the pack so I didn't have to constantly spend muni to counter MGs.

USF having more counters would be excellent, but the idea that USF is unplayable right not is patently false.

And yes Omega you highlight one of my main frustrations atm which is the fact that these changes don't make the most terrible amount of sense with out everything included.

US is far from UP they are stronger than they've ever been. L2P. If you want buffs. Then ur gonna have to revamp quad riflemen into m20 critical mass 5 minutes into the game.

Amazing, just amazing that someone like Daspoulos can claim USF is fine when he has NEVER played a game with said faction.

Yeah seriously. USF has to contend with the Sniper AND MG42 now. The only hope as USF is to turtle, and then rush a Stuart or dual HMGs.

this 5 minute m20 "abuse", as you call it, is something you have never even attempted. Because again, you haven't touched the faction.

This argument of "i played against them so I know what im talking about" is bullshit. period.

Play them this patch, face the new mg42, then come talk.

USF needs something to keep them in the game. They get cut out so fast and while they do alright in 1v1's they get rekt in 2v2 and up.

Best option is to give Captain all light vehicles, and give Lietenant all team weapons. Buff Bazooka, decrease Lietenant tech cost to 30.
