NDA covers the aspects that must remain secret and may not be spilled. If relic puts hints and almost every aspect of this NDA material in their game files (notes etc), then NDA doesn't cover it anymore, they have uncovered it themselves. Whats not a secret can't be covered, neither by relic nor an NDA.
Happened with the beta as well, it was everywhere on youtube after like a month
Read the site rules, then STFU?
Go to the Official Forums and post ,if you are so anxious to breach the NDA, as it seems you may be.

At this stage, we have decided to adopt a tolerant stance to the alpha - insofar as the NDA permits - which is to say, that we acknowledge, as most will already know, the next Army will be the Brits.
Naturally enough, we would also like to go further than that. But we cannot, at least for the time being
If you wish to test the envelope, do not try it on here.

Well, he was only interested in the outcome.
So you tab in, 8x speed, tab out, tab in later.
It's not that much.
I basically played half the amount of games in 4v4 in a similar way
(lot's of tabbing out).

We do not moderate twitch/hitbox from this forum.
Staff and non-staff from these forums often moderate on streamers' channels, but that is the choice of the streamer and the moderators whom the streamer appoints.
If you have problems with what may be occurring on a twitch/hotbox channel, please raise it with the streamer concerned.
