Guards are elite infantry and should get this ability IMO, if obers can hipfire LMG's it's only fair.

A small damage buff could also give soviets some mobile AT infantry to finish off light vehicles which they currently lack.

Possibly they could fire at reduced accuracy to keep the ability balanced, just my 2pennies worth.

I think no handheld AT should be able to fire on the move.

None "heavy" weapon should fire on the move (fot the sake of balance and reality), but even if, accuracy should around 0.25, not like Obers with 0.75 which is insane and completly pudding. Probably no one at Relic's HQ never held MG in hand and tried to shoot at targer from hip.

PTRS is not AT weapon, it will never be, relic have made that extremely clear with last patch so use it according to its new niche.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

As a heavy allies user I think its fair that it has to be stationary to use. I dont think it needs a debuf on accuracy and I think its fair game to play against.

Paras LMGs have so low on the move accuracy that they could just as well fire directly into the sky while moving.

Its obers exclusively who are decent with LMG on the move.

It isn't a question of, "can" but, "should."

Should you fire a 46 pound anti-tank rifle while standing? Do you want to be something other than exhausted after doing this? Even if it's complete ham at least it's a bit more reasonable for 1919 LMG's and LMG42's to fire on the move- they're about 25 pounds each.
