Most commander abilities could use a shared cooldown with the team. For example player 1 calls in a tiger this triggers the cooldown of the tiger in player 2 3 4's tiger callins, also applies to p47's, is2's ect. Exception could be infantry call ins.

Nice idea but I can see a slight problem: it would work great with arranged teams but in case of random mates that would be terrible: imagine the chaos when mates accuse each other of "stealing" their callin... It would be so frustrating for some ppl that I belive that idea will never find its way into a game.

That makes absolutely no sense no matter how you look at it.
Heavy armor call-in problem won't ever be solved unless we will get a hardcap of 1 at a time or distinct exploitable disadvantage that mediums could exploit.

yeah. i had a 4v4 yesterday that featured 7 or 8 tigers, 4 of them at one time. wasn't a very good game for a lot of reasons, the rank 10 team mate against an arranged team being a huge part of it.
