You dont need KT to counter IS2.
Panther can do it very well since it has better range.

You can also combine KT with pak 43. KT+pak can easily counter 2 IS2s.
Not to mention that you will get IS2 around 25min while in 4v4 can hit the field around 15. By the time second IS2 arrives you can get a Panther. Even in 1v1 2 IS2s are facing KT and Panther so I have no idea how did you figure out that OKW can get only 1 KT and nothing more.

In fact you dont need anything more. In 1v1 Ive killed many IS2 with pak 43 doctrine (Ostheer one with railway-artillery).

If all things are even, the soviet player will be able to field two IS-2's while the OKW player is still on his first panther and waiting for the KT. Add in the fact volks vaporise trying to kill an IS-2 and the raketenwerfer decrews in like two DShK bursts and you have a very uneven matchup.

But then you can get Forticifation doctrine and surprise IS2 with Pak43 :)

2 Panthers vs 2 IS2s

Or Panther vs 2 IS2s and trying to survive next 3-5mins to get KT.

And Volks dont vanish. Volley - retreat - no losses.

Fortifications isn't a stock commander like Shock rifle, it's DLC so is irrelevant.

Also fails to mention the fact the Pak43 doesn't work on every map either.

The Wehrmacht have a similar problem as the B4 with the pak43. Pak43 costs only 100mp less and one of its key uses is to counter ISU which can instantly destroy it for 200minutions with IL2 bomb strike. That leaves panthers as OHs only other option to counter ISU because paks get destroyed by its HE rounds in one shot. If the B4 has a problem with being hard countered, so does the pak43.

IF you are secure in your armor micro, and don't think you will need any help early game as OKW, consider going for elite armor. The panzer commander artillery strike takes a while to hit, but it one-shots all static emplacements (artillery, whatnot). It would be best to rush out a panther, upgrade the commander, and push him up with minesweepers. This is quite hard in teamgames, so it may require quite some micro, but it is the cheapest way (120mu) to kill an emplacement.

Well, first off the strength of the Pak43 is it can shoot through shot blockers to balance the fact it has a very fragile crew. Then on top of that small maps allow artillery to reach and kill it very easily.

Large open maps don't work well with it because it's exposed and it can't cover enough area of the map, and it's slow turning speed means it's the most effective when it's covering a area with lanes and pathing blockers, not open fields.

The Pak43 excels were the Jadgtiger and Elefant don't, specifically Urban maps and or maps with lots of shotblockers and tight corners.

Somehow I find Pak43 amazing on wide/open map like Minsk Pocket.

Minsk Pocket has a BUTTLOAD of shot blockers, and the map is divided into lanes making it perfect for the Pak43.

It's not wide open by any means, it's heavily forested.

Its in game, everyone who want can have it, even some who don't, because you can have it for free by war spoil drops.
Your argument is irrelevant here.

If the Stuka Bombing strike is an issue for artillery why not make howitzers able to be slowly moved? They all have wheels and treads for a reason, they were able to be moved.

Just make it slow, so if you are paying a attention you can get it out of the way, if you aren't you lose it like you should.
