Reason?
Not everyone have them.
Armies who do already have advantage over armies who don't, why the gap should be widened?
Being able to build fortification is already advantage in itself.

Yeah good idea, but OKW needs a vet 5 bunker.
Currently a lot of OKW vet options are underwhelming and not in line with the rest of the faction design, such as recrewed weapons and tanks only vetting up to 3 stars instead of their signature 5.

They had better training on Allied equipments actually. Think about why they can learn so much more using their own equipments but only a few with Allied equipments?
