Suddenly every time I try to search for a game , I keep getting the message "you have been disconnected" every time.

Anyone else getting this?

My internet work and my pc it s fine,need help please !

lately i have been lagging like crazy in the beginning of games. this has caused me to drop

Had this bug for a while. I ended up restarting steam with no effect. Also reset my router which appeared to work. I think in the optimization patch they did something with net code. Try restarting your router.

Literally just had this happen again. So router reset was temporary fix.

Thank's guys but i have reset router again and again.Uniinstall coh 2 totally on my pc,no solution for that ?

Friend can't even play anymore due to this. He gets DC'd 2/3 games with "error -3, connection lost". We're both on the same ISP in the same city (I can play just fine), and neither of us have any connection problems on any other game.

Best part is when during game you see that you were disconnected - reconnecting.
20secs of lag, yet somehow connection is fine cause team speak works Perfect.

Yes I can confirm I experience this too since new patch.

i have the same problem
and i suggest its most common problem many people have.
From SEGA support you have to look for ports. Free them for Coh2.
Download your actually treiber for your PC.
When this not work, set your Soundquality to low.

When you set your Soundquality to low, i noticed no more delays at the beginning. Guys, who tried it out, said, it works. Maybe you can try it too.

I dont know that have you people noticed that Steam has been going online/offline alot in the past week, and other services has worked fine, so i dont think its 100% relics fault

Look up "Port Forwarding". Steam PvP ports might be blocked on your router, or by your internet provider. There are a lot of ways and explanations to fix this. Just look it up.

I am also encountering this problem, and it happens when trying to search for an automatch vs players as well as creating a custom game. As soon as I enter one of those lobbies, after about 1 minute I get disconnected and kicked back to the main menu. However, I can join a lobby of a friend without any problems.
