My input delay has shot through the roof since the december update. Has anyone else experienced this? I also seem to get a lot more temp freezes than before but that could just be my frustration getting the better of me.

Doesn't always seem to happen though, sometimes it's fine. When it's not fine it's worse than it has ever been with delays up to a full second.

I re-added this card to the issue tracker as well.

the input delay reduction from October probably got reverted due to an old build being intigrated incorrectly into the live build, I'm sure they'll be on it in no time

I didn't notice any significiant change. If at all probably even to the better, at least if I judge by my ability to dodge enemy grenades which seems to have improved... or it is just more practice :)

Yes but "freezes" are worse... Just yesterday I had 2 freezes for 5 secs. Lost Jackson and Paras :foreveralone:

I'm not sure so I abstained. But I have the feeling that the input delay slowly creeps back to the normal levels even if it has been improved by a recent patch.

After the input delay reduction I remember feeling like everything was super snappy and responsive, it was heaven. Now I feel like i'm playing through a layer of slime with gloves on.

I never noticed any difference from any patch... it has always been half a second delay on command for me.

It seems to have improved a little bit but is still sub-par.

I'd say no, but I voted abstain because I never noticed a different to begin with. Before and after the performance update, before and after the December update, all felt the same to me.

Yes as well as freezes for up to 5 seconds, drops from the battle server and finally my very first sets of application crashes.

I noticed that but it only ever lasted a few days for me. Possibly could be more a server capacity thing.

The delay is most noticeable when microing a very hard to deal with unit like a Kubel, so you are not only fighting the units AI/pathing but the command delay as well.

i've only had noticeable input delay on winter maps, even those without blizzards. If I had to guess, winter maps add about a second of delay, and blizzards add another second on top of that.

I have always had still-playable input delay but now I am getting naded no matter how fast I respond.

Ask you soldiers to clean their ears and maintain the radio next time. :P

Anyway, I'm just like StrummingBird now. Winter maps seem to have more delay than summer for me.
