Well, I'd love to see your player card, the casts of games that you've done, the tournament you've hosted, and your live stream. I'm sure they're all as top notch as your 19 posts.

And what makes you think I'm trolling? I really don't care because as Ipkai said, the bonuses are negligible. It's not worth anyone worrying about.


What does your childish behavior have to do with my playercard? At least we can trust you to tell us all what's worth worrying about!

And I'd love to see you host a tournament whose name does not imply that all the teams are composed of a pair of lovers ;)

I use (2) kubel +5% increased speed and (1) kubel speed and acceleration bulletin. Don't care if they stack or not, I use them as fear propaganda anyway.

I just answered an in-game poll about bulletins that was new this week so Relic is clearly "doing things" with the bulletins but I only use one anyway 10% faster mine and wire build time.

I tested one and two of the 5% further sight range and 2% cooldown on soviet sniper today and even using two of them had ZERO effect. This is one of the newest implemented bulletins and it isn't functional.

The way to really get a grasp of how useless they are and how much time Relic wastes on features no one cares about is the 10% faster cooldown on Jagdtiger call in bulletin. I literally el oh elled when I saw this bulletin implemented in the WFA expansion. The consciously add troll bulletins to the game.

I see some good players using bulletins for commanders they don't have equipped just as commentary.

i believe one kubel speed bulletin increases its speed so its faster than an m3 scoutcar, where as without one it would be slower.

also the wehr mine cost reduction bulletins dont stack last time i tried them.

That's odd, because I'm pretty sure the OKW 'Grim Reaper Tool' reduced cost for Panzershrecks does stack.

I think one reduces it to 85m from 90, if you use two it's reduced to 81m.

The grim reaper bulletin is very strong when stacked, because the Volks have shrecks a minute earlier and that's critical in driving away M3s or M20s. 90 / 85 / 81 / 77 munis respectively.

Really the game should give you all the specific numbers. The fact that it's a mystery is just obscene. If COH2 wants to be a competitive RTS, it has to show the numbers to the players.


You hit the nail on the head mate! That's pretty much exactly what I was trying to say (too baked, kind of turned into a poem).

Why is this such a mystery? Does the FBI or something have these number?

vCoH was at least able to show troop statistics...

(Hidden agenda? Conspiracy? Or Just Relic?

Which were completely wrong and never updated. If that's what you want, I'm sure someone can develop a cool overlay that displays random numbers on top of the game.

LOL :P True dat.

It would probably be easier to code an overlay that just displays the actual numbers in the actual game.

Computers have real difficulty with randomness. It's hard to capture butterflies, you know, and measure the ways in which their wings flap.
