I don't like visuals of this special ability of one of Soviet's commanders - fire strike or sth like that - it looks like fireworks to me.

Same here, some visuals really sux, arty and explosions are so much cartoonish, it feels like DoW2 explosions. Snow/winter maps and blizzars are awesome/spectacular, I feel like it's the best addition to coh. I also love u can cap on the minimap, making tacmap useless.

The beta is really fun to play but overall I feel like coh1 still pwns coh2 atm.

I havent had time to play the Beta yet, will pre-order in a few weeks. But I was curious about the gameplay. Saw some on utube.

It looks VERY cartoonish. CoH looks a lot better imo. Was wondering what the opinion of the Beta players is about this?

Also, is the gameplay still as brilliantly strategic as the original?

Would appreciate any info.. I'm a big Coh fan..

Update: the image/video ban will still be in effect for a while. Relic/Sega will vet various youtube casters one by one to have a special video, day by day, next week. Do not post any images or videos without explicit permission from Sega.
