Should play without commmanders as well.


I used to play without commanders and with repeated commander before it was cool (pre War spoil era).

I´m still trying to figure it out a reliable way to use Radio intercept as Axis :P


MY dream is to get 3x 4% increase RoF on MG42s. I guess if the ol 10% extra supression bulletin was still alive, it would make MG42 spam viable >:) The dark days of instapin.

Lels. Try out the 3% penetration buff for the Douche-ka (I have three of them, so it stacks for 9%). Even without AP rounds they eat bunkers alive; with AP...lel, "oh look, what 251/222/MHT/etc?"

Hah... I'm trying to get 3x +10% range bulletins on the SU-85s. My dream is to create a weapon so rid-donk that it out ranges the elephant.

Currently it's taking 4ever.

My dream is still to get that 133% vet bonus on my Panzer IV and T-34/85.

Edit: Wait... that vet bulletin also exists for Tigers and IS-2s. I´ve got a new dream.


My dream is to do that with elite troops.MUHAHAHHA.

I wish Relic had the balls to make bulletins do something REALLY powerful. Like, so powerful they would practically count as three custom commander abilities. So you have your pick of a commander, each commander has 3 or 4 abilities, and THEN you have your bulletins which completely transform your army the way you want it.

You encounter a guy with mg42 bulletin that increases its supression by 50%. Son, you do not fuck around with his MGs. 120mm mortar accuracy bulletin? No. A bulletin that LETS YOU CALL IN 120mm mortars.

This is just fantasy-land and I have no doubt that I will be flamed to death.

But really, current bulletins are a joke. I don't think anyone actually thinks about their usability at Relic. I got one that makes the Jagdtiger dispatch ability recharge 10% faster. For all those times when you were floating 600 fuel as OKW, and wanted to call-in that second jagdtiger those 7 seconds earlier.

There is literally no applicability to it. Zero. None. If CoH2 goes on for a thousand years, and if a million people played exclusively 4v4 easy CPU annihilation compstomps for a millenium, still nobody would ever manage to benefit from this bulletin ever. That's how useless it is.

So, T34/85 call-ins become a bulletin instead of a commander skill? Or the same with all super heavies?

That would likely go a long way in helping.

I would like also that my bulletins affected my enemy instead of me.
Like a bulletin that decreased his hmg's suppression.

It would be fun countering enemy blobs or hmg spam with bulletins, instead of marginally buffing my units.

Unfortunately Relic has a very long history of not checking bulletins, or naturalising them.

Some would seem to stack, whereas others don't.

Also as I did a full read through patchnotes I had missed in recent months, I have to say, I was pretty damn dissappointed to see how many "oops" corrections there have been recently. Stuff that really should have been obvious or apparent even from superficial testing...

I hope it doesn't become a pattern.

Do a away with commanders completely and allow custom callins/abilities to be arranged as bulletins.

Hmmmmmm. Sector arty, Tiger, and Tank scope.

That'd be cool.
