Tell me someone what changes it has? Is it imposibble to destroy cache\bunker with 1 charge now?

It does 340 damage to buildings now, and bunkers have 480 health.

Another instance where relic should buff one thing(trucks HP), not nerf other one against everything(satchel).

Yeah, it sucks. More reliable counter to bunkers is demo or zis-3 now.

Sometimes I wonder if they even remember why they did the things they do in the first place, maybe they wouldn't be so quick to revert changes.

Why is it even a problem if they two shot a OKW building? If you have a building that far out that penals can get that close the player should be punished anyway. They are anti anti building unit.

I really do not want to sound rude guys, but you are all wrong :/ Please be so kind and re-evaluate your behavior. You guys were literally flaming/criticizing Relic over an issue that existed nowhere but in your own heads.
Take a look at what the change is exactly:
Satchel Charge
Bonus damage from buildings reduced from 480 to 340
The bonus damage got reduced. It still deals 340 damage and it will still oneshot bunkers. But instead of dealing 340 + 480 damage against buildings, it just does 340+340. While it could never two-shot all Oberkommando trucks, it could two-shot the FlaK one as that one only has 1600 HP. 340+480 = 820dmg, meaning two satchels killed it. Now you need 3 satchels or 2 satchels and some normal AT weapons. Combined with the suppression (and bigger AoE) it should not be possible to just charge this HT with 2 Penals and destroy it.

Panzer Fusiliers - cost the same as a penal, with upgrade to G-43-raped all living , AT & AI grenades, they killed 150 people without losing a single squad.

Penals aren't terrible, they're pretty underrated honestly. They're comparable to Riflemen in DPS, being better at close range due to having an extra man. Riflemen are just better due to versatility with more weapons and abilities. Panzerfusiliers are not the same cost, they're more expensive and only OP with G43's.
