Maybe it starts 3 seconds after you activate volley fire?

Just tested it, that's correct. They start that weird bazooka spray about 3 seconds after volley fire activation.

And you can use it against tanks with great results. So its pretty much an exploit.

That kinda makes sense. Since the volley fire has more suppression at the end of the volley than at the start.

tried this against a panther and most of the shots just plinked off but i was still able to get it down to half health.
even with only one zook in the RE squad.

That is quite fucked up lol. Any idea what happens if you have 2 Browning .30 on them during it? One thing I noticed is how much the bazooka failed to penetrate in the first half of the volley.

It gives a buff to the RET that increases their rate of fire/suppression modifier over time (also works for any equipped weapons - like Bazookas) and they're free to target any squad they want, and can even move.


So yes puppet, it will give your brownings a ROF buff, try it with BARs too, this makes the ability scale well into the late game if you decide to equip your RE troops with real weapons. They become especially potent at vet 2 when they gain an extra man in their squad.

This needs rapid fixing it's the most stupid and game-breaking dangerous bug exploit in COh2 untill now.

That's bad! There's some massive game-breaking bugs at the moment that requires a hotfix. This, the Jagdtiger ROF bug, and the OKW salvage/elite unit bug.
