yeah. after 150h of afk bot farming on angermuende i got fortification... which is meh. i really want the other two though. so to another 300hs with 0 units killed and lost!

The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

6 hours in, one echelon faster build bulletin and a common faceplate. I dont pretend to not care about faceplates, i really do not care. Hope this system gets reworked soon in a way that what i get is a reflection of what i have achieved. That would make a lot more sense.

After 4 hours of OKW play i get conscript support tactics.... wow just wow not even one of the new commanders just something i already own or even linked to what I've been playing. Still not had a single new commander or bulletin, starting to get seriously bored and disheartened of repeatedly getting things i already own or not relevant to what i've been playing.

Well Ive only played a few hours of since release, and all as OKW, Ive had 10% suppression reduction for volks and 5% reload time for Stuka, a skin and a victory strike.
I wonder if it has more to do with kills/caputres or some other game stat than just pure time.

got 2 new commanders already, one okw with ostwind (meh), second one usa with hounds (also pretty meh), one nice looking skin, like 2 usefull bulletins (lots of crappy ones), 1 usf finishing blow or how do you call it.
cant complain tbh, but hate the fact its random and we are getting duplicates

I already bought the commanders for Soviets and Wehrmacht, but I have won some WFA bulletins which I can't use since I still can't buy it here. I did win a couple of victory strikes though, incendiary artillery and railway artillery.

This drop system is atrocious... seriously no new commander yet and we are two weeks in. Something needs to change because this is rediculous. It's absolute crap that I am level 88 and get absolute crap and the newb I played with gets 2 American commanders and a faster reload bulletin for his Sherman is BS.

So far the only new commander I've won is Elite Armored, which is virtually unusable due to the plethora of expensive munitions-based abilities.
I have won at least two NKVD duplicates, though, and a couple of faceplates I never purchased.
In general I find the system frustrating and unfair.

Few days after release collected my second russian industry commander ...now i want a third to make a scary looking, but useless commander layout.

After endless grinding during the last weeks, i finally got Elite Armor for Ober.
It is my third WFA commander (Mechanized, Scavenger, Armor Elite).
I also got a ton of faceplates (one 4x), soviet skins, and 100% Ober bulletins so far (which somehow tells me that only bulletins are influenced by what faction you play, as i have been grinding 100% with Ober).
I would say that getting a commander occured maybe every 20 war spoils, and i only got 1 soviet duplicate and 3 different WFA ones (lucky me, yay !
