Puma abilities look useful as a support unit,but the building it comes from kinda restricts their usability.Smoke will also block LOS for jagdpanzer...and there are not any armour uits from the building to use the locked turret for flanking....puma certainly doesn't have health for close combat.Smoke maybe useful for getaways ..but i suspect both sherman and t-34 have speed to simply go thru and kill it.Overall much will depend upon price..it could be okw stug with a little more versitality and flexibility.

Sherman radio net at vet 1 is a nice one..strength in numbers will be very good in team games.

However its lack of pen buffs even with vet means jackson will be mandatory,i suspect this is conscious design.

I find the 'Mobile Defense' puma to be much too expensive (80 fuel). For OKW, this is too much IMO.

It is cheaper fuel wise for OKW.

If american officer unit is killed..do they have to build him again to tech like british?

But if OKW loses truck it has to tech again?How is that?

And the trucks are not redeployable either..so u can't pull them back from enemy advance?

Do OKW have any bunkers or something to protect these trucks like the british MG bunkers?Otherwise how they survive soviet infantry attacks,zis,maxim crawl and satchels?:unsure:

I'm assuming Volksgrenadier meat-shields and or Ostheer MG Bunkers if you have an ally.

What will volks do against maxims with rifles?I think moment soviet player sees advance truck zis is coming out.In video itself we saw truck taken out by zis and satchel though OKW play looked somewhat nooby.

Maybe, but we haven't really touched on Obersoldaten's abilities yet, so who knows, maybe they just can punch Ivan right in the face if he thinks twice about rushing that truck.

Besides you'll have to be careful trying to rush them with ZiS guns, lest you hand over the ZiS to the OKW!

But obersoldaten is in the final truck with king tiger and will need heavy teching.What will do against maxims just walking in setting up in front of ur truck...base pin.And zis..satchel.

From what i'm seeing i'm leaning more and more on going t2..the battlegroup headquarters and staying there.Hold with volks and sturmpio and get a doctrinal inf unit.The BHQ truck has the flak cannon,and importantly has the 75 mm which can counter zis/maxim from back.Lay lots of mines.Puppchens and shrecks for at.Infrared truck can spot for 75 mm if necessary.Hoard fuel for panther....get a jagdtiger lategame from doctrine.
In this i'm guessing get panzerfusiliers...and jagdtiger doctrine.


Or alternate plan...fallschirmjager and mg 34,emplacements..turtle.Lategame tech up for KT after panther has stabilised field.These are just vague ideas i'm having.

"Heavy teching". OKW seems to tech fast, its just that they wont be able to afford any fuel for tanks. They can probably try to rush oversoldaten before too much happens, and you still have your previous stuff available.

You wont be able to survive 30 minutes for a KT turtling.
