Going by the picture, it's a single 2cm Flak 38.

Thats the gun on the truck that converts to building.
What i'm talking about is the passive on the luftwaffe doc that allows pios to build 'flak emplacement'.In coh 1 this was the 88 mm.

The gun on the trucks is MUCH bigger... it says the caliber in its description. THIS is the one that comes with the commander. There is no flak 88...

Well it could still be quite handy in building round ur trucks keeping light vehicles away and shredding blobs, sovs particularly would have trouble against it as they lack bazookas to qiuickly take it out...however if it costs fuel like the PE flakverling it will be completely useless.

Other thing to consider is if it will die to 1 satchel like bunker.

I still have hope for the 88 mm,lets wait for the other commanders. There will be one german commander with SP hummel/wespe at least.

Overall luftwaffe seems to be a good infantry centric defensive commander.Multipurpose eplacemnts, good infantry, machine guns, trenches and that airborne assault could be very useful in reinforcing ur strength when ur truck is under attack while also providing off map firepower.

I go out on a limb and say the FlAK88 might be the most iconic gun of the second World War.

I cant see them not putting it in.

Please gives OKW Flak 88. Luftwaffe ground units without 88 is heresy.

Ooo getting so excited about OKW now... I actually liked playing brits (but only as aggresive commandos with fast T3). From the sound of them sounds like a real cross between brits and PE.

Hopefully the economy system is not too bad and they not bad to play against.

The Flak gun on the base building is a 37mm gun.

These are not vetted up Panzer IV Gs. They are Panzer IV H (the model that came with skirts).

As far as I know OKW have a doctrine with Ausf J.

Wanna see 8,8 cm FLAK 37 or 41. Although there is a problem how will it work - make it same as Pak 43, then it will be actually quite useless against air targets.

Thanks for that. I am definitely curious about the new ones (if it is J rather than H) and how they are different from the Ausf Gs from coh2.

Worse turret rotation? Lower cost?

I suspect it will be "T-34-85" modification of Pz.4. Do not know for sure thought.
