Hello Company of Heroes 2 fans. Get ready for some 1on1 action this weekend! We would like to announce the first 1on1 weekend cup on the ESL. This cup is single elimination format and is capped to 16 players. The sign ups are first come first serve so sign up now to avoid missing out.

Hell yeah. Is it my imagination or has it been a while since there was a 1v1 tournament?
I am a little disappointed that the map contest winners aren't in the pool, but am looking forward to seeing those in future cups

I know that this is a really really unpopular opinion but the 1v1 winner maps are pretty much unplayable in 1v1.

Because the sign ups are almost full, the check in system will be implemented.

30 minutes before start time you will have to check in with the site to confirm your place in the tournament.

Awesome to see that this is already full! I was going to sign up but I guess I missed out.

Glad to hear that IpKai is willing to give us more slots next time around, and I'll have to be quicker about it.

Ciez, if there will be a check-in, you should still sign-up. Tourneys generally get a 40% no-show rate, so there's still a great chance that you could play if you sign-up.

@Ami, I'll keep the in mind. We'll see how I feel when I wake up on Saturday. I've played in a lot of events recently (still the ESL 1v1 flex and ESL 2v2 flex that are going on) and now I'm supposed to take the wife on a drive-in movie date this weekend.

Even if I don't compete I look forward to seeing the casts
