+1 I wish there were more companies like that out there. But in this day and age they are hard to come by.

Actually this type of socialism is very successful in many companies and they are profitable .

His company has provem this , Its just an example of one in many

It's true that happy employees are more productive employees which is why many successful employees go out of their way to keep their employees happy...it makes them more money. If they didn't feel it was an important investment that would pay off down the road they wouldn't do it, everything in the corporate world comes down to money, as it should. The goal of a corporation is to first and foremost make money, happy employees and customers certainly help that in the long run but those are not the primary goals, merely a means to an end.

Because people feel the need to squeeze their political opinions into any and every discussion possible. It's a law of the Internet, I believe. Twat's law, I think it is.

if he is "back" that means he was gone?

i hope he got unemployment insurance during his "unscheduled vacation" because THQ damn sure wasn't paying severance.

deleted twitter posts are good for a laugh, but a sad form of communication for the poor guys that pre-ordered.

We're so desperate for info...any positive word about COH2 that we all pounce on a deleted tweet like its the last cookie in the package. I think I'll reserve any celebration for something a little more concrete.

The problem Bobby now has to address now is his, rightly or wrongly, strong identification with the self appointed 'elite' of CoH.

If it turns out that CoH2 proves to be a game people want to watch rather than play themselves he will have shown himself to have been an astute judge of his community's interests. Alternatively it might turn out in the end that what determines the success of the franchise is wide acceptance of the game as being balanced and fun.

At the moment Lynx has his tongue rammed right up people like ntd's arse. That's the way it looks anyway. So far he has not shown himself to be a community manager with an eye for the interests of the community as a a whole. He has taken the easy option of being the friend of the experts.

This could backfire.

If you mean he's made strong contact with the guys that help promote the scene then yes he has. After all these people have spent a lot of their time basically providing free advertising for their game.

Are you promoting the game for everyone or are you shilling yourselves?
