Lets see how you'd like 60 range super mobile 240 pen panthers when playing Soviets. Really curious.
60 range is annoying, isn´t it?

Relic should release some info and get the hype train rolling. Theyre horrible at marketing.

That goes without saying.
Especially the 2nd part.

Well, if you want panthers 60 range, then you need something that can take out panthers non doctrinally atleast somewhat reliably. Maybe an ISU-122?

My guess is that

M10 will be the non doctrinal anti tank for the americans. M36 is probaly going in the game because relic posted on their twitter an obliterated m36 and asked what vehicle is this.

You don´t get it. The 60 range was stupid to begin with. I´d prefer a much cheaper SU-85 with 50 range. Also Panthers don´t spot for themselves.

Point was the game is totally gaga in this respect. People wishing the Hellcat should have this and that characteristic shouldn´t keep their hopes up. That´s what I´m saying.

Come to think of it, the Puma's stats would be close to a possible Hellcat. It would probably perform at around the same level and be used with the same type of 'paper armor' hit and run tactics.

The puma is small, fast and seems to have good visual. It has 50 range. It has a ridiculous 160 pen but only 120 damage. Its HP is lower than tanks but close to the Stug III.

Anyway I'm gonna speculate on OKW Infantry, since we know nothing about them.

Engineering unit will be Combat Pioneers, they look similar to Ostheer Pioneers and can be equipped with Panzerschrecks.

Other unit might be Volksgrenadiers, they wear green but that's all we know since we only clearly see them running around at the start of the trailer.

Last model are appear to be wearing grey panzer crew jackets, maybe Panzergrenadiers?

Like I said I think they drew a little bit of inspiration from the Panzer-Lehr-Division which had Panzergrenadiers who wore fieldgrey Panzer Crew jackets, apparently also had Pz II Luchs' and also only fought on the western front.

. The reason for that: In Coh1 the soldiers were giants, all about 2 meters tall.

Truly they were the "Greatest" Generation

I've been thinking about how the new German army could capture territory differently, it would make sense (historically), if they somehow started with more territory, or possibly acquired it slower, but somehow it was harder to de-cap their territory.

I can't think how that could be implemented well, but I bet they have tried to make them feel like an army on the back foot.

^ I kind of like that, or an attrition mechanic whereby the more you kill of them in a zone the longer it takes to cap.

^ Yes, even more intriguing. As long as it isn't a Brit-style campfest.

This is just a random idea, but they could start with a few sectors already capped, additional capping could be slow.

Or yeah a mechanic which slowed down the enemy capture rate.

Pershing should be only doctrinal, hopefully the US forces are based more around quantity and speed . Instead of the same heavy tank dependence that Soviets and Germans uses the US should have better and cheaper air power abilities.
