How do the three compare and differ?

Just assumptions based on observations but only on partial data:

The Panther and the Pershing seem to bounce many shots off their front armor.
The Tiger tank appears to be a meat shield: It gets penetrated more. However, it has higher HP than the Panther.

The Pershing's gun seems to be around the same as the Tiger's gun. Both are inferior to the Panther at AT but superior in AI.

Does the Pershing's upgun reduce it's anti-infantry ability?

The problem with the pershing is it's shit vs T2+terror (KT), i.e. 75% of all 1v1s.

I don't agree: Pershing does a great number on grenadiers.

And while it can't beat the KT, you can use it to put some fire in.

Well Pershing is good in 1v1 to deal with T4 or Stugspam. But the Armor Doc isnt good like the Infantery Doc in 1v1 cause Callis/Pershing come to late.. INF doc is great in Early/Mid and Late game.

PErshing is doing decent dmg to the KT but never attack a KT with a pershing.

Armor doc is good vs PE with selfrepairs to counter ATHT and PErshing is fullkilling grenns all the time

How does the Sherman 76 compare to the M10 and M18? I have the impression that the M10 is better than both, and the Sherman 76 seems to be equal or better than the M18.

I knocked out a KT with four 76 Shermans but lost two in the process.

The sherman 76 has better armor/health and better anti-inf capabilities.
The M10 and M18 have better speed, range (45 vs 40), damage (110 vs 87, I believe)and penetration.
In addition, the M10 is damn good at crushing infantry.

Ultimately, the sherman 76 is a more rounded tank, while the M10/18 is a better tank destroyer, as it should be.

How does the penetration & damage of the Sherman 76, M10, and M18 compare?

The Wikia says that the M10 has the better penetration of the three, but doesn't disclose if the M18 is better or equal to the 76.

In my experience, the M18 feels the same as the 76 but I'd like the know of the data.

M10 highest penetration > Sherman 76 = ´Hellcatty 76mm i think...

But M10< Hellcat cause the m10 missfire bug is so anoyin also the hellcat can better deal with Pumas. M10 is only usefull in 2v2 with tanktrain

M18 seems to require more micro (stealth) than the M10. I found the M18 to be worse than the M10 in team games (3 v 3)
