Are Stats in ModBuilder Up To Date?

Can I use ModBuilder to look at units stats or is it outdated? Can I see them somewhere else?

The modtools are outdated, I think since april 2020. However, the stats are datamined and converted to xml:

These new xml files can be saved within the modtool folder (see readme) and the tool will interprete them correctly.

Thanks. the readme doesnt say where to put the folder,only says to delete some files.

Woops, I remembered it wrong.
The contents of the instances folder must be saved in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2 Tools\assets\data\attributes\instances
