A new approach to balancing the game

All players start with the same basic troops and the same maximum of command points in bank. Then all tree of abilities are available to everyone to buy (but under a different name). That mean the tech trees is now double for all sides. No more balancing only abilities tuning.

We would see then who are the best RTS players.

See, this could be an idea that you could test in a mod if it was possible to make detailed modifications to the tree.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean or how it would work but that's why a mod would help!

All armies start the same tech exactly. All what would make any units specific goes to the tech tree

It is through earning and spending tech points that they will build the specific aspects of their units/army.

A same global tech tree all players; Just rename those abilities with a new name fitting with their nationality.

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3

Rosbone: But I agree, the cost to get a full decent Coh game pushing $115 US is not the best idea. Especially when it needs so much more work for casuals.
