War speed bug

It seem that one of the latest patches messed up "war speed" and now allied UKF engineer units with specialization hammer can give the ability to allied UKF players.

Multiple UKF players is buggy in general. Last I heard UKF teammates can use the dislodge emplacement ability to destroy their teammate's emplacements and if (in a custom game) two enemy UKF players are playing against each other, they can dislodge each others emplacements if they get a chance to.

Does it only work when both UKF players teched hammer? Or can a hammer player give warspeed to anvil UKF?
First one I'd say is questionable, but not a huge issue. Second one would be broken

One can have warspeed Churchills.
