Are ridiculously op. and ( T-70 not 74 )
I dont count the number of 2v2 games where we just control 80% of the territory from start to mid game and we just crush them without losing anything.
And once Shocks and T-70 are deployed its done. They win.
Its simple, i have my Jaeger vet 3 + 2 Grenadiers vet 2 or 3 all behind green or yellow cover, Shocks troups just go straigh without any tactical movement and just destroy my 3 units without difficulties and they will probably loss 2 or 3 guy in the best situation.
I just played them to try and its ridiculousy overpowered. I can literally play one Shocks troups and survive against 4 units easily.
So am i completely noob on the subject and i should know something ? Or this is fucking unbalanced ?

Those 4 units are facing the other way and shooting other units? There is no way in hell shocks win vs 4 units wi h focus them unles they are bunched up and eat a shock nade.
And if shocks are op what does that make obers and pgrens?

Where's your PaK gun for dealing with T-70? Or 222 for rolling over Shocks? 222 can also inflict major damage on T-70 as well. Doesn't sound as if they have sweepers(?) - in which case lure the T-70 over a Teller and laugh after they drop.

The win rate this month for Soviets in 1v1's is 49.2% which implies that the overall balance is good. If shocks were great, top 200 players would play them often. Instead, they pick Guard Motor, Lend Lease, and Airborne, none of which have Shocks.
Maybe there is a Wehr unit that can deal with a short range, AI only, squad that can't plant mines and has no snare.

Lend Lease - The M4C gets radio net and is relatively efficient in terms of pop cap. It has a lot better chance to damage something like a Panther than a T34/76. Level 3 radio net with 3-4 M4C's is a lot to deal with.
The guards can be upgraded with either Thompsons or bazooka's. They are "bazooka experts" so their bazooka's have some bite to them, as opposed to regular bazookas which are mostly good for the cool sound they make when bouncing off a Panther.
I don't agree with the sentiment that the T34/76 is trash. Fuel-wise, you can get around 3 of them for the price of two M4C's. The advantage of the M4C is just better penetration and If you treat them like throw-aways then they are, but if you vet them up then they're incredibly cost efficient. A vet 3 T34 can circle strafe a vet 0 Panther, which is oddly hilarious when somebody rushes their Panther out to the edge of a map thinking that they will easily wipe the T34.
