Howis are easy to fix I've already had a proposal
1) Limit them to 1 per player (fixed problem of arty spam in teamgames).

If you think the LefH is never seen you must never play 3v3 or 4v4 because it's used in every single match, even by OKW players since a significant portion of players use Overwatch.
I would love to see them limited to 1 alone too.
As for the ML-20, no one really builds them because they're still just very mediocre and most of the doctrines that have them aren't all that great.
