they come around 6min mark.
More like 4 in teamgames but sure. However, the allied MGs that come at minute zero are both garbage at suppression so you can pretty much just walk up to them and flamenade so there's your counter.

Actually yes, its not as reliable as sniper or cloaked unit, but it does wonders against them
I can agree that OKW, at least in larger teamgames (probably in 1s and 2s to) isnt in the best spot, but adding snipers to anyone is a big no

Generally speaking, carefully coordinated flanking can work wonders. Kubel's been mentioned and you need a long burst.
For a Sniper out of position frequently, you can use a 221 (doctrinal) scout car and run them down. Comes with a 360 degree MG mount and can fire quickly even on the move, unlike the Kubel. If they are not 100% aware then the Sniper will be near dead by the time they react.
Against UKF you gotta outplay the guy massively or just accept an awful early game until you get teched up. Their Sniper's basically just a later one coming into far more dangerous environments and less threatening.
EDIT: As consolation, late game your Obers can melt Snipers and MGs from long range easily.

Usf sniper when ?
The game suffers from the addition of more Snipers, it's already a deeply frustrating experience to play against on a decent day.

To deal with MG > leig or flak track.
Pz2 or Puma.
Alternately avoid blobbing and flanking can deal with an MG.
If you lose any tank in the early game it is devastating so you have to play conservatively.

Puma can deal with a sniper. Just need vet 1 to counter snipe. Should be easy with the fast speed.
To deal with MG > leig or flak track.
Pz2 or Puma.

Vet 1 aint 100% anymore, as far as i know vs snipers; atz least on retreating ones.
