I think this Commander is fine as it comes with the experience patch.
VET3 grens dont get any xp from killing your units (so he is not getting any reward from taking out your troops, apart from you having to reinfore them).
And if you kill VET3 Units you can earn veterancy earlier (1,8 * Base xp).
The Tiger Ace is a nice idea and its neither overpowered nor needs to be buffed.
I only saw it to be the tiebreaker once (in 1v1) with good cover and lot of microing.
Most people dont call it in to tiebreak, they call it in when the game is allready lost.

There should not exist an ability like this under any circumstances no matter the cost. Losing vetted squad is supposed to be huge blow, with this ability it isn't. Especially when the game goes on to the late game the problem escalates.
I'd say remove the vetted squad exp bonus and remove this ability aswell.

1 CP okay.. but 2 CP is a little bit too much or not ? And please take a look on the soviet commander as well, with his 0 CP heavy machine gun... this is also annoying

The thing is, the ability isn't that powerful early game.
Let's take an example:
Soviet player loses a vet0 conscript squad early game. You naturally replace the squad, no big deal you still have plenty of time vet to him up.
Soviet player loses a vet3 conscript squad late game. If you now call in a fresh conscript squad he gets raped against all vetted units that are currently on the field.
German player loses a vet3 grenadier squad late game. You get a new one and just instantly vet him up, not a big deal. 55mp 20fuel isn't that much for a late game blunder that normally would cause a massive headache, even turning the tide of the game.
edit: I'm not calling it OP. I'm calling it another retarded Get Out of Jail Free Card ability.

My god people complain about anything, its not broken why fix it, just ruining variety for people who like using non viable fun commanders. It's not even good and people complain..mind blown.
