Since that seem to be trend, now days one could apply the same logic to Ass.Gren also instead of the weird 6 man upgrade.

honestly I like their 6 th men upgrade.
It's different. + That Thompson upgrade on cav rifles/ass sections Aint gonna help me charge uoto lmg grens.
Although I am a little bit wary of the ass section offensive vet bonuses though.

assgren sacrifice good scaling for a early game punch, they can basically sprint to cons in green cover and win by a large margin, just dont get caught in 2vs1 fights.

and mg42 + assgrens bodyguards is very hard to deal with in the first minutes, since you basically cant flank it.

So a buff to them is a big no from my side, they have to scale worse in order to balance their early game punch

Can't you then just ignore the mg+ass gren then. 1 less gren to harras your cons. I guess depending on the map that might be impossible.

Not as much as +65.

Sure, would you like to lose ability to close in and 6th man and nade assault to get it?
Or will learning to play be easier?

Sure, but those units with 65+ dps dont event have a grenade to begin with. They got standard frag grenade behind a fuel side tech and a version of flame nade behind tech and another 60 muni upgrade.

It's called trade off, you know.

280 mp 0 cp 60 mu Vs 280 mp 0 cp 60mu.
If they fight who wins???
Let's hope it's RNG. But the truth is it's not.
Why not?? No justification for that.

Why we even talking about this?? Who knows. I just wanna make harder to kill at vet 0, 1.

Yes ass section will be pretty OP. Glad someone sees that.

Okay, let's give Lend Lease a Tiger/Tiger Ace equivalent and add a 4-Thompson squad inside the M5 HT call-in then, shall we? There is a justification for it and it's because Lend Lease have no late-game unlike Ass Gren doctrines.

My point was that you constantly complain about thompsons any time they’re brought up and yet now you want to give assgrens the most similar axis equivalent of the thompson for some reason. IMO it’d just be a straight nerf to the assgrens too because they’d lose lategame survivability for marginally better midrange DPS, while wasting 60% of their weapons if they do decide to sit midrange since mp40s aren’t that good at midrange and they should be closing anyway. Doesn’t make much sense to me and I honestly like the 6th man in the lategame.

And my point is that if Thompson is the way to go for CQB I see little reason for a different solution on Ass. Gren. Actually my suggestion for CQB units are abilities like "diversion".

My suggestion for assgrens is absolutely groundbreaking: They’re fine, leave them alone.

Assault Grenadiers are fine.

Assault Sections might be too good against OKW, but if the double Sturmpioneer open worked on Assault Engineers I'm not too worried.

They’re also 0CP with assault grenades and sprint, so it’s definitely a l2p issue on your end.

I definitely said niche, it’s a word I use.
