And now in Winter Mod Officer remove Experts Bren ability,I though it should give back or give some other upgrade like Thompson？

No Commando and Officer pick up Bren like Ober upgrade MG34,they will have more power type

I couldn't find where it said the airlanding officer is losing its elite usage of the bren gun, is it losing the elite buff?
45 muni though and can 2x equip and the commando DPS is still pretty good.

I don't know it's bug or something,but in balance Mod Officer only have normal Bren and no Bren experts UI is true

The officer should simply be toned and not be a stock commando. He should be more like assault IS (without the Thopsons upgrade) in order to def IS CQC and provide utility instead of bulling axis mainline infatry.
Having that said he could be given a unique separate upgrade making more mid to long oriented so that he can change roles in the late game.

If you ask me the assault officer range and DPS should be a carbon copy of pgrens just with some extra similar USF officer abilities and limited to 1

Yep I don't disagree with that at all. Commandos with 2 brens is the best Elite infantry in the game. However by a weapon by weapon basis it's worse than any LMG out there.
Commando's Super Brens are actually great with only slightly worse dps than the MG34 Obers get. It's pretty fun using them.
The Fact Super brens are great doesn't detract from the fact Base Brens are the worst single LMG in the game.
Not countting the DP because DPs never come in ones and do not require a fuel invesment.
