What's more impressive is that he used Urban Assault Doctrine on Minsk Pocket. A map that is pretty much as far from Urban as one can get.
I strongly belive, he uses this doctrine all the time, no matter if minsk or la glieze.
Still, Urban PzGrens can annihilate maxims and other crew weapon in seconds. Maybe that was his idea?

Dudes with stuff and command KT would be even better choice
Dat "dudes with stuffs" unit description made me laugh for at least 10 mins when it got released with OKW
But that commander is not much of use in real fight, too up
