I teched Bofors by accident so my plan was to set up a Bofors right between his 2 cutoffs and baselock him with Bofors + mortar pit + valentine + sniper + trenches. :3



they should remove the trenches on brits dont now wy they never did removed it was talked on beta wen the wFA balance forum dont now wy having a faction it trenchs and sandbags option its like having ostruppen it sandbags on the inf but bofors its fine its easy to cunter the range its shorst so the raketwerfer got a prity range ! ^^


i truly hope that they remove the trenches on brits its abusive ! maybe a commander revamp it trenches options but thas now for the "balnce team to work and decided"

but truly we did discussed on beta before the release of WFA ! but "your game your rules"!

no no no man, being 5% harder to hit out of cover and a tiny better moving performance (a scenario where u dont wanna use them anyway) obviously made them SUPER OP! :snfPeter:




This replay along with any other OKW vs Brit match showcases the trash design of the OKW faction and not Brits being OP. This is simply what happens if you delay the MG or snare of a faction super hard. Same can be seen with USF

oh just the early game

Yeah agree, the matchup has always been bad for OKW, especially if the raketen just misses 3-5 killing shots on the UC early which is quite often.

At least you could crutch on OP tiger until the patch if you survived, now it's just JLI abuse or death.

I said I thought toning down the Tiger was going to leave OKW in a position that was still fine. I never make any argument personal (i.e. supposedly calling someone clueless) so please don't try to untruthfully frame it that way.

Not sure how JLI and booby trap can be considered abuse. Neither are OP and booby traps are often worse value for money than simple mines.

I agree OKW vs UKF is laughably unbalanced on Crossing in the Woods but I don't understand why you think JLI and booby trap are abusive.

I’m refering to the way Orangepest constantly uses them in a specific tactic that’s extremely effective but kinda cheesy. Watch his vods if you wanna see it.

Not sure at all but I'd assume it's either spamming them or just placing a mine slightly inside the cap circle so you hit the booby trap and then hit the mine which can possibly wipe a squad. Although I don't know how it's abusive since they both can be countered by sweepers.

My guess is staying inside the capture circle with a squad (so the booby trap doesn't trigger), baiting in an enemy squad and then retreating / moving out of the circle after draining enough health to instantly get a (near) wipe (moving friendly squad out of the capture circle activates the trap). But yeah this is countered by minesweepers and it's not very different from baiting vehicles or squads into mines/snares or placing mines / throwing grenades on retreat. I wouldn't really call that cheesy. It takes quite a lot of work to set up and baiting the enemy into smart traps is part of the game.
