Words can't describe how happy I was to get the shit kicked out of me by the Relic balance devs. Seph and I played them in a 2v2 on Moscow. The early game was actually very good for us- we took about 80% of the map more or less (as Soviets). I think the first full squad loss was a German grenadier too; but these guys have some really slick moves to pull and after the initial 10 or so minutes things really slid away from us. Never been so happy to be beaten- these guys really do know their stuff.
Heh I snuck on to one of the machines after this game and swiftly preserved the replay. If all goes to plan and Bobby is able to run the "Press Build" on his machine in L.A., the 3 of us (Lynx, Yoink, and myself) will shoutcast this game tonight on the sundaynightfights channel at midnight Pacific Daylight Time. Cross your fingers and hope we get it together!
