Is it correct that the only way to obtain the 3 rare commanders is via War Spoils? Will they be available in the Steam store? More specifically, will they be available in the Steam store before OCF?

Also that 150 munny ability is best british card they have . you get for 150 munny AT GUN and HMG. if you crew em with engi , muny to manpower rate will be 1 -3 (for 1 munny you get 3 manpower) and with british manpower bleed this can give you upper hand because you can have at gun , mg , 3 IS , engineers and probably sniper or armored car or bofos by time you will have only enginner , 2 IS , at gun + something you want.
Really it can be better ability by itself than Stuka CAS fuel to muny transfer if used correctly (keep in mink you wont tech nades early game , instaed of this you buff your men to 5th member and dont make carrier.)

is there anyone who got these commanders via war spoils?
Buy them with the money you will earn with OCF

"The green beret was the official headdress of the British Commandos of the Second World War. "
"The maroon beret is a military beret and has been an international symbol of elite airborne forces since it was chosen for British airborne forces in World War II. "
I'm not certain of the difference in use, but I just wanted to day green Berets are far from used boat salesmen.

Thanks for the informative guide.
