However things are rarely that simple. Do the production and organization people get too little credit? Maybe, but how would you give them more credit.. Too little financial rewards? I guess, would need to know exact numbers. Whatever the case, keep in mind that people are there for the players. If you study, learn and practice, eventually majority can keep the pitch and the stadium ready for footballers.
