The i7 will be faster (In Coh2) since it is faster on a purely mhz to mhz comparison and the game isn't that demanding on the CPU, at least not across multiple cores. The Ryzen is generally better value you for money, but it depends what you usage is. If you don't have a v fast GPU though, its unlikely to run any different between the two.
i7: Single threaded games or games that generally only use one core effectively will be better on the i7
Ryzen 7: Games that make great use of multi cores or if you intend to stream / render videos etc.
What are your plans for Soviet early game once Penals are nerfed then? Currently maxim is trash and cons are not much better. Are you suggesting we nerf penals and then move on to playing USF / UKF?
And you don't even play the game anymore, yet you scorn people with low ranks?
Whether he plays the game or not, he still has a vastly more unbiased and accurate opinion of the game than a lot of the more vocal people commenting on balance as well as having a decent understand of how the game works.
He is a very good player and when was playing often he was in a very good 2v2 team.
How is it biased? He's hardly the only player who dislikes facing up against mortar pits behind shotblockers.
Anyone who plays both allies and axis can probably agree that emplacements affect gameplay hugely. It forces counter artillery and camping. it's boring. They take almost no micro and with shotblockers, they can last for absolutely ages.
I don't see the bias.
Just check this threads, all are complaining about op allies stuff and how underpowered OKW is
ISU with HE using attack ground is really strong at killing infantry. But it hits the ground all the time. AP is fairly worthless on anything above a medium tank.
Also its countered by Ele / JT which are in most games so...
Haha, I dont expect anything from RNG anymore. You pretty often see 76s penetrating the front armour of all kinds of heavies. We had a game where a Tiger bounced twice from the frontal armour of a Comet while a '76 killed the tiger with a first-shot frontal penetration. Its just dumb that a 150 fuel p4 bounces on a Jackson on close range. Often it is RNG for both sides, but that's why it is so frustrating to see 125/150 of your fuel down the drain compared to the 80 your '76 costs.
How do you feel when a Jackson (dedicated tank destroyer) bounces on a P4?
I feel like the Brumbar is too durable for something which can 1 shot squads with relative ease. Its difficult to kill them. I think I would suggest dropping frontal armour to 200 or 220 and take it from there.
